Welcome to the BAJILAGA Partners program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Affiliate", "You") and BAJILAGA ("Company", "We", "Us").

1. Registration and Approval

To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form with accurate information. BAJILAGA reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include, but are not limited to, websites containing offensive content, illegal activities, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

2. Affiliate Obligations

As a member of the BAJILAGA Affiliate Program, you agree to:

Promote BAJILAGA aggressively and effectively to maximize player referrals.
Use only approved marketing materials provided in your dashboard.
Avoid spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or unethical SEO practices.
Not register your own account or the accounts of relatives under your referral link (Self-referral is strictly prohibited).

3. Commission Structure

We offer a highly competitive revenue share model based on the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by your referred players.

Calculation: Commission = (Total Bets - Total Wins - Bonuses - Taxes) × Commission %.
Rates: Earn up to 55% commission based on our tiered structure.
Negative Carryover: Negative balances in a given month will be carried over to the next month unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

4. Payments

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out by the 7th to 10th of the following month. The minimum withdrawal threshold is 1,000 BDT (or currency equivalent). Payments are made via Local Bank Transfer, Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or USDT.

5. Intellectual Property

BAJILAGA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, banners, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services. You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all BAJILAGA branding from your sites. We reserve the right to withhold final payments if termination is due to a violation of these terms (e.g., fraud, spamming).

7. Limitation of Liability

BAJILAGA will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
